As the ONLY member-driven society within the field of cancer immunotherapy, everything that you see and experience at SITC meetings, educational events and in publications is created through the remarkable leadership of 600 volunteer leaders. The SITC committees and task forces listed below are comprised of volunteer and/or appointed participants from the SITC membership base charged with representing the best interests of the society and serving as a champion for the field.
SITC task forces are established in response to short-term, specific needs and are limited in both time and scope. They are established to complete a specific task or to explore an area of interest that may warrant a standing committee in the future.
SITC Professional Interest Communities (PICs) offer SITC members of similar professional disciplines and experience the opportunity to discuss current and future research, scientific applications and career development needs, help colleagues address professional hurdles and build new relationships. SITC members of similar professional disciplines and experience will work together to identify and recommend ways their colleagues and the society can solve hurdles in the field.PROFESSIONAL INTEREST COMMUNITIES
